The North Jefferson County Ambulance District (NJCAD) is a public governmental entity (a political subdivision) that serves the citizens of Northwest Jefferson County with emergency medical services, 24 hours a day. NJCAD is inspected and licensed by the Missouri Division of Health and Senior Services, and our medical control and protocols are under St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.

Each ambulance is staffed with two highly trained Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedics or Emergency Medical Technicians and with state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment and medical supplies.
